Our artwork is printed on demand by our trusted print-on-demand partners. Or Ourselves. The production time may vary depending on the print option selected (e.g., print size, type of print, framing, etc.). Please refer to the product description for estimated production time, which typically ranges from 2-10 business days.
Our artwork is made-to-order, ensuring each piece is perfectly tailored to your preferences. The production time varies by product, reflecting the care and detail that goes into its creation:
- Faux Feature Rock Walls & Garden Features: 4-6 weeks
- Epoxy Countertops & Tables: 3-5 weeks
- Custom Wall Art (including Metal Prints): 2-4 weeks
- Framed/ Unframed Wall Art: 2-7 days
Please note, these are estimated times and can vary based on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We'll provide a more accurate timeline once your order is placed.
Shipping

UK Delivery: We use Royal Mail, offering tracked shipping services. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days after production is complete.

Print On Demand - Shipping Methods:
Once the artwork is printed and ready for shipment, it will be shipped via our print-on-demand partner's chosen carrier, such as Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally, depending on the print-on-demand partner's shipping capabilities. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of Roclla Media Art. So you shouldn't have any issues but sometimes things happen out of our control. If this happens send us the recipe and will gladly refund you any customs duties, taxes or fees.
